Positive Deviance Hearth – A Resource Guide for Sustainably Rehabilitating Malnourished Children

This Guidline was published in February 2003 by the Child Survival Collaborations and Resources Group (the CORE Group). This guideline describes the steps using positive deviance approach in addressing nutrition’s problem. Begins with an explanation of Positive Deviance approach and Hearth, how to identify children at risk, do the Positive Deviance Inquiry to identify positive practices, conduct Hearth sessions, and conduct monitoring and evaluation.
