Positive Deviance approach has evolved in the world and used in various sectors. The following are guidlines that can be used for PD implementation, developed by various organizations in the world :

Positive Deviance Hearth – A Resource Guide for Sustainably Rehabilitating Malnourished Children
This Guidline was published in February 2003 by the Child Survival Collaborations and Resources Group (the CORE Group). This guideline describes the steps using positive deviance approach in addressing nutrition’s problem. Begins with an explanation of Positive Deviance approach and Hearth, how to identify children at risk, do the Positive Deviance Inquiry to identify positive practices, conduct Hearth sessions, and conduct monitoring and evaluation.
Positive Deviance/Hearth Addendum
This guidline identifies several elements that are essential to the implementation of an effective PD/Hearth program and guides the reader to resources for further informantion. The document available in pdf
